Consultation and Strategy
This is where we lay the groundwork for your marketing success. Our consultation is a quick, 30-minute call based on your pre-consultation form. We’ll go over your business, goals, and current marketing efforts. This helps us craft a strategy that fits your needs.
You can choose a phone call or an in-person meeting—whatever works best for you. Afterward, we’ll send a contract via email outlining the services we discussed. Once signed, we’ll get to work bringing your vision to life!
Design & Development
We keep things organized and efficient. Websites are completed in the order they’re received—unless you’ve opted into our monthly service package, which bumps you to the front of the list.
Here’s how it works:
- Discovery & Planning – We start by gathering details about your business, goals, and style preferences. This includes reviewing your pre-consultation form and any inspiration you provide.
- Design Phase – We create a layout and design mockup that fits your brand. You’ll have a chance to review and request changes.
- Development – Once the design is approved, we build the site, ensuring it’s fast, functional, and mobile-friendly.
- Review & Revisions – You’ll get a chance to explore your site and request final tweaks.
Launch & Training
Your website launch is usually about two weeks after signing the contract. If we’re busy, it may take longer—but we’ll keep you updated. Once your site is live, we make sure everything runs smoothly.
If you’re on our monthly service plan, we handle updates and maintenance for you. If not, we offer training. We’ll walk you through the basics—how to update content, add images, and keep your site running. You’ll get the tools to manage it on your own, but we’re always here if you need help.
